Rude Health 2024 was the first ever season presented by us at The Tute, and only possible thanks to the trust and funding we received. We are a registered charity, and proud to deliver work of high artistic quality and meaningful impact on communities.

We presented uncompromising work that looked at different aspects of health. Each week was accompanied by workshops and outreach programs in different corners of our community, enabling a wide range of people to engage.

We were thrilled with the response to the project; audiences, volunteers, and freelancers embraced the season and welcomed it with open arms. We feel Rude Health was a brilliant example of how creativity can inspire a thriving community and embolden public health.

Audience reflections –

It was fantastic to see such a collection of differing artistic endeavours over the month.

I appreciated the fact that all age groups were catered for so their was diversity and inclusivity across the program

Just so wonderful to experience genuine art in the community & having that as an option as opposed to big commercial productions that can be superficial rather than impactful
