Open Art Submissions
A Feast of Local Talent !
Following our callout, 2025 has been a bumper year of submissions; we have over 30 local artists displaying and in some cases, selling their brilliant artwork. Please join us to view and support the talented artists living and working in Cambois and the surrounding areas.
We’ll be open from 10-4pm on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th July, and looking forward to seeing you. Last year, we welcomed over 150 people through our doors, and it was a truly wonderful atmosphere.
There will be a free buffet 1pm on Saturday.

Creative Sessions
UNBOUND
An opportunity for artists to explore and expand their creative practice in a generous open space. Esther Huss and Tim Rubidge are hosting both these creative sessions in their cultural homes at opposite sides of Northumberland. It's an invitation to artists to come together without an agenda to explore what ever happens within a space.
These sessions are free but email esther@thetute.uk to reserve your place.

Tea and IT
We're working with NCVA to deliver weekly drop in sessions for who'd like a bit of help with their technology. Everything is online these days and whether it's a tablet, phone or computer that confuses you then don't be shy, pop in to meet our friendly tech-spert Nathan for a bit of advice.
Stronger Shores
The Tute is proudly partnering with Stronger Shores
The Tute and Stronger Shores are working together on a new project involving local schools in Cambois and The Tute’s creative groups. The project will result in an exhibition featuring poetry, film and art. A visual artist will be working with local children to make books out of kelp. Poet Linda France will be working with The Tute’s Writing Group to develop poetry inspired by the shore. Dance Artist Esther Huss and filmmaker Katja Roberts will work with The Tute’s dance group to produce a film bringing to life the ecological benefits of our beaches.
